These Terms of Use govern all services provided by Amazinz Highlights and your use of this website. By commissioning a project or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By contacting Amazinz Highlights to commission work, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients including players, agents, clubs, academies, and any other individuals or organisations who engage our services.
2. Services Provided
Amazinz Highlights provides multi-sport recruitment highlight reel editing, athlete media packages, match analysis reports, and related digital services across football, basketball, American football, volleyball, lacrosse, and hockey. No physical deliverables are provided unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins. Once payment is confirmed via our secure Flutterwave checkout, work starts within 24 hours. We accept card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay in USD. All sales are final once work has begun.
4. Revisions & Scope
Standard packages include 2 revision rounds. The Media Package includes 3. A revision round covers all feedback in a single consolidated message. Additional rounds are available at $25 per round. Scope changes that materially alter the original brief will be quoted separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use delivered content for personal recruitment and career promotion. You may not resell or commercially redistribute delivered content. Amazinz Highlights retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing before project start.
6. Client Footage
By submitting footage, you warrant you have the right to use and share it. Client footage is stored securely, used only for the commissioned project, and deleted within 30 days of delivery. We do not share client footage with any third parties.
7. Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines begin from the date all required footage and information have been supplied. Delays caused by late submission of footage, late feedback, or scope changes extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If a cancellation is requested before work starts, a full refund will be issued. If Amazinz Highlights is unable to complete a project, a full refund will be provided.
9. Warranties & Liability
We warrant services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant any specific outcome including successful club trials or transfers. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific project.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction agreed between both parties at the time of engagement.

When you submit an enquiry we may collect your name, email address, role, project details, and player information you voluntarily provide. Payment is processed through Flutterwave — we do not store card numbers or full banking details.
3. How We Use Data

4. Footage & Project Files
Video footage and files you share are treated as confidential. They are stored in a secure private folder, accessed only by Amazinz Highlights, not shared with any third parties, and deleted within 30 days of project delivery.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with payment processors (Flutterwave) and cloud storage providers (Google Drive) as necessary to complete transactions — governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry data: up to 6 months if no project was commissioned
Project correspondence: up to 2 years
Client footage: deleted within 30 days of delivery
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, including password-protected cloud storage and encrypted communication where possible.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
